Omelet: NO! Super Sad! If they made an omelet, it could be the best in town, because the cook takes the time to make the super thin delicate layers and fold them up. Unfortunately, they threw the other stuff into the raw egg, resulting in a folded frittata with some shredded cheese tucked in the middle.

Made to Order Eggs: NO! Under-cooked. A big puddle of yolk at first touch.

Comments: This was Luigi’s Italian, now converted to another breakfast lunch place. They have fresh squeezed orange juice!! They’re new, so maybe they’ll get their egg game in order…
